What are you guys/gals using to add Bluetooth to your ride? I would really like to find a simple one piece unit that works well and plugs directly into the lighter (Buick Regal). Would also like the unit to contain a speaker and I'm not really looking for the FM transmitter type.

I try to use the hands-free option on my iPhone but it's not loud enough to over power the engine & road noise.
I'm thinking that I'm going to use the following device:
Motorola Roadster Universal Bluetooth In-Car Speakerphone
Should work just fine as a simple speakerphone to make calls on.
