I pretty much did mine like Ghetto Racing Kid described. I juiced up the bolts with PB Blaster everyday for a week or two in preparation of doing this job. At the time, I only had weekends to do it. I jacked up one side at time using a 2 x 4. I loosened all the bolts, but didn't remove them yet. I also loosened the bumpers so they didn't interfere with the fillers. I actually removed the rear bumper entirely. I was able to break all the bolts loose with a breaker bar...and didn't snap a single bolt. Some were badly rusted and on the verge of snapping. I bought the OEM metric bolts from the dealer. I was able to reuse a few of the bolts, some looked like new. I replaced all the bolts, and using a impact gun, I tightened them down. I later went back and torqued them in a cross sequence. I couldn't believe how much it firmed up the ride.
It took almost the whole weekend taking my time, and taking breaks. All in all, not a bad job.
Again, like everyone else had recommended. Spray those bolts with a good penetrating oil. Be patient and let the penetrating oil do it's job, or else you'll end up with snapped bolts and spun caged nuts.
