hello, I have a 1985 cutlass... I was told it couldn't be certified because the frame has been welded and it needs more welding... I think its OEM weld can any one confirm this?

The frame is made up of several stampings welded together by the factory.

yeah.. I thought so... the rear horns seem good .. I use a snake Camera and it seems good ,,, the car has been stored in a horse barn for 15 yrs... and before that underground parking since new... my bro is a mechanic, cert isn't a issue but I don't like to impose, was told by the appraiser these car can be valuable in the south. I would prefer to just drive the car in the summer and enjoy it

Slather it in rubberized undercoating and call it a day.
