I want to buy a new Booster and master cylinder. I don't have one installed now, and was wondering what the best option would be. This is to go on an el camino. It is a mash up of years going onto it so not sure what difference picking a certain year will make, other than i see different part numbers listed for different years. Most of the parts are from either a 78, 79, or 84.

Any insight is appreciated!

If you want a stock setup ask the parts store for an 86 Cutlass with a 307

You will get the small double diaphragm booster with and the larger aluminum master that is a direct fit.

I see different part #'s for different years, can't imagine there is much differences. Just wasn't sure how much interchangeablity there was.
