Are you asking how much you can overbore a standard 350 block?
Usually most just bore it out another 30 over. Even a stock bore 350, with good heads and cam can be a fun weekend cruiser with good power and reliability.
The early 350 blocks (1968-1976) can go 0.060" over with no problems, and if you have the walls sonic checked you can probably go 0.090 or a little more. Later windowed blocks, not so much. In any case, the increase in displacement will only be a few cubic inches, due to the short 3.385" stroke.
