You have a number of options. If you do a search on this site, or most other G body sites, you should be able to find lots of information. The direction that you take will depend on how you use the car, and what your goals and budget are.

The F-body, S-10 and Astro van shared a lot of chassis components with the G-body.
98-02 F-body rear disc brakes can be installed by cutting and drilling the G-body axle flanges and fabbing a few brackets with a bench vise and some hand tools. https://gbodyforum.com/threads/how-to-camaro-rear-disc-brake-swap-to-g-body-axle.55480/
S-10 (2WD) knuckles bolt on to the G-body control arms and ball joints with minimal changes. This allows you to take advantage of the packaged wheel bearing/hub that is common with the Corvette while retaining the G-body steering parts and geometry. Aftermarket adapter plates (or machine your own) move the caliper mounting points outward to accommodate up to 14" front rotors at a fraction of the cost of Wilwood. Forum member LAX-rated had a pair on the For Sale page.
The Astro van used a hydroboost system to improve the braking performance on the heavier vehicle. Look in a boneyard or eat the core charge on RockAuto.com. You will need to swap your power steering pump to fit the third hose or fabricate a tee assembly.

This is just the beginning.

Brake pads are usually overlooked when looking for upgrades. Also unless your after a better look rear drum brakes stop you better than disk but you have to make sure they are adjusted properly.
