I wanted to start my brake line purchase and install but not sure stock steel lines for the front work on a hydro setup. I have upgraded brakes to Z51 Corvette fronts with Brembo 4 piston calipers from a 2018 Camaro SS and rears will be Wilwood 12.19" discs on a Strange 9inch. I've searched and cannot definitively decide which way is best. Hydroboost is more costly but if it's that much better I don't mind spending the coin. My stock booster/master setup is for a 6 cylinder disc/drum stock setup. Any info or opinions are appreciated and if you have first hand knowledge that'd be great... Get in and give me a heads up
My build thread is https://gbodyforum.com/threads/84-cutlass-pro-touring-build.74136/

Thanks

I used a Hydro booster from a 1982 Buick Electra cardone 52-7200. Had to modify the brake pedal. Also used the master cylinder.i did it cause I have a big cam in the car It was a pretty easy swap.

if you go up the diesel Gbody route for hydroboost, get the pedal and activation rod when scavenging the rest of the parts

Lots of threads on it. Heard nothing but good things, haven't done it myself though.

Yes Ive been reading everything here and online. Many many options. I'm trying to decide whether to buy a setup all ready to go ($$$ but looks nice) or piece it together (much less $$ but not as snazzy)
Decisions.........
