buick regal digital dash replacement

I have a 84 Buick Regal with a digital dash which is not working. The speedometer and fuel gauge are not working at all. I would like to change this cluster to mechanical gauge board. I would like to know if this a easy change out. Also do you know has replacement parts for this fix.Thanks for the help in advance. Vmans1969

If you change dash the wireing harness under dash itself is different for digital and analog it can be repinned but not sure how. Casper electronics rebuilds the digital dash for a couple hundred and upgrades them to 199mph speedo.

Thanks Chevy2480, I think that I will see if I can find the complete dash wiring harness and change over to analog. I have completely removed the computer wiring and everything associated with it. I have seen analog dash clusters on ebay for around $70.00. I will have to get the wiring harness also.Vmans1969. Thanks again..
