Something ign. related caused a fire, burned through some of the alternator harness wiring.
I'm going to step up the charge wire size now while i'm having to rewire.
The first is how the factory wiring is ran. Joined/spliced in by a metal clamp.
This is how I plan to run the wiring. Does anyone see an issue with not doing the joining splice as factory? .....Its kinda hard to properly splice into thick gauge wire :-/
