Keeping an eye on this. I have a buzzing noise coming from behind the cluster area, but only when car is running. I deal with it because the exhaust drowns it out haha.

pull one fuse at a time to see when the buzzing stops.....
Figure out what’s causing the buzzing noise
Everytime I move this black box it’s buzz
I notice they have a grey wire connected to the fuse box which I remove but still it buzz. They have three wires connected to it green orange and grey do I just cut all the wires and problem solved?
Also notice a white box on top of it
But my guess is it the black box with speakers looks to be. Anybody ran into this problem?

That's the key buzzer. You should be able to disconnect it without cutting anything. The switch that activates it is in the steering column, inboard of the ignition lock cylinder.

That seems harder than just cutting wires
If I did want to cut it
Do y know which wire to cut?

You should be able to unplug it. I don't suggest cutting wires. I would fix the key buzzer switch in the column before I cut wires.

mine would buzz when I put the lights on so I cut the gray wire to stop it......after draining the battery with no lights on warning when shutting the car down I reattached the gray wire intending to fix the problem but the problem was not there when the wires were reattached and the warning is working properly
