I'm replacing OEM 26 spline axles with new Moser 28 spline axles, Can I use the old C clips on the new 28 spline axles or do I need a different size?

They sell 28 spline kits for 10 bolt rears for stuff like Elky's and other stock rear ends, so I'm going out on a limb and say the same C-clip can be used. I know trucks start using different clips when you use the 9.5 and 10.5 ring gears, but they also use the same C-clip as the 7.5 and 8.5 rears in the light duty trucks. GM p/n 3833322.

If all else fails, call them and ask.

GM 10 bolt 7.5, 8.5 and 8.6 and Ford 7.5 and 8.8's use the same c-clip.

If you're making any type of power on a slick or drag radial, then I'd get new ones if your originals have a groove worn in them. For a stock motor and daily driving use, then re-use them.

"They" as in the aftermarket may make the C clips in different thicknesses. GM only sells one part number for corporate rears that I'm aware of. Thus, one thickness.

You get what you get with GM.
