Anyone know the pressure/flow rate for a C6 Corvette PS pump - VS - a stock G=Body pump? During a recent read on quick ratio boxes and the difference in turning effort between them and the stock boxes, it was suggested that the difference in turning difficulty was mostly related to pump pressure.
I'm in the preparation process for transplanting a Corvette LS2 into my 83 El Camino. The LS2 came with a PS pump. I'm wondering about the compatibility of that pump with the Camino gearbox and, if the Vette pump puts out a higher pressure, would that lend it's self better to changing to a quick ratio box?
