Can these supports be removed?

I have the front end pretty much down to the frame, maybe this is a stupid question but will removing these braces cause any distortion or twisting of the frame or anything? They would only be temporarily removed. Thank you.

If you mean the bolt-on brace or "jounce bar", then no, no harm in removing it to work on the car.

Not that you would really want to, but, you could permanently remove them and not hurt things other than some stiffness/handling. Not all gbodies even came with them.

For even better handling , replace those skinnies with the UMI triangular frame brace.
