Carpet question

When installing new carpet do I need to buy some kind of 3m spray so it will hold to the floor or should I be good without it ? I order my carpet from rock auto with the massbacking

Not required.

After you remove your interior and the old carpet, the new carpet is 'formed' and just sits in place.

Don't spray anything on your carpet! It will be held down by the seats and door sill plates and kick panels

yep dont need any spray. but might have to let it sit out in the sun to get the shape. they fold it .i let mine sit in the sun

now I notice my interior lights won’t turn off .i wonder what’s causinh it?
