My car was already in the process of being swapped when I bought it. It's an 86 olds with a 307. My question is, do I need to block off all of the holes in the intake that aren't used. And if so what do I block them off with?

Yes and on the heads too.
And dont forget to remove those damm tubes in the front 2 carb holes in the intake!
