Anyone running center in center out with 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 inch true dual exhaust?

Have a pic?

How does it sit?

Tight to the floor?

Thanks!!

The only instance that comes to mind is the factory vin 9 exhaust used on H/O and 442's. Every other install I've seen used either offset/offset or offset /center mufflers.

This was the mock up phase of my 86' Regal installing a new Walker cat back for a stock 442 which is 2.25' pipes, it sits higher bolted up and will eventually be a true dual exhaust if I don't use my Jegs kit.

I can get a new set of Borla pro xs for free

But they are center center

I have always used offset offset

The factory 2 into 1 into 2 uses center center

I will be running true dual no x/h pipe

I dont want to take them if I cant use them

If you're using a prefabricated kit they probably wont fit most kits are designed around center/offset or offset/offset mufflers. If you're having a muffler shop custom bend a set then the pipes can be made to fit almost anything.

Is the VIN 9 duals for the Oldsmobiles still available?
I bought mine a couple years ago and had to buy from multiple vendors just to piece it together because most of it was being discontinued.
