Champion Radiators

Hey all...so im on my second champion radiator. First one had a pinhole leak up top near the cap, so i returned it and got another one. Now here we are, about 2 months into the new one, and now ive got 2 pinhole leaks on both sides of the radiator. Has anyone else had this problem with these radiators? And if so, what was your final resolution? As always, any and all help is appreciated. Peace...

That sucks. We bought a Champion Radiator for my brother's 78 Z28 LS Swap. It's been in there for nearly a year with no issues. I know there are a few guys on here running Champion in their G Body, hopefully they will chime in. Contact Champion. Maybe they had a bad batch in production. They have a lifetime warranty. Are you running 50/50 coolant or something else to prevent corrosion?

Im running green conventional antifreeze in a 1980 Delta 88. ...know its a “b” body, but between my shop and this forums, ive gotten the most help. But one of the dudes in my shop i talked to anout it said the same; i may have jus gotten a couple from the same bad batch. The pinhole leaks in this one is identical to the last one, just its also on the opposite side. I went with Champion because it seemed as if they were the best route in what I was looking for, but this is the second ive had and Its given me a somewhat skewed opinion. But thanks, will be contacting them as soon as I can. Also hopefully others chime in and give their experiences...

Hopefully they can track down that little china-man and withhold his bowl of rice until his welding skill,s improve !

My brother had a high dollar Griffin radiator in his car before the Champion. I was real proud of it as it was USA made until it sh*t the bed at 4k miles with no warranty. My gut says Champion will make it right.
