Cheap but good Catalytic converters

I have to put cats on my cutlass. Any good buys out there? I have 2.5 exhaust and need 2 converters. I will be using just for inspection and then taking them back off. So I would like to buy a decent pair that works good. Local shops around here are asking wild prices.

Are you a visual or a sniffer test that needs to have cats? Here are some test pipe that look the part.

If it's going to pass, it will do it without a converter.
