Chevelle rear end worth?

I can pick up a Chevelle complete rear end. It is a 1969 with 3.73 gears and a positrac. What is this worth ? Also, how can I tell if the posi is still there? Really a green horn on this stuff. Thanks.

is it a 10 bolt or a 12 bolt?

10 bolt, 8.2

I have a 67 8.2 posi 3.08 and I paid $600....I have seen them go for higher than that. To check the posi until you have it on the car you won't be able to check how much the clutchs will hold unless you take it apart and do a visual inspection of the clutch packs
