Someone stole the chrome trim from around the bottom of the doors of the Cutlass (its an 87). Where is the best place to find replacements? Is there any addition hardware I should be looking for as well?

Post an ad in the wanted section here. You're also going to want to get the large plastic clips that snap onto those metal studs on the outside of the doors. Depending on what's in your area for cars, local paint/body supply warehouses may still stock them if they are asked for often enough....
