I'm adjusting the doors on my 86 SS in preparation of installing the fenders. Because my left and right doors can't agree on the gap I want to confirm which is more correct. If your door/fender/hood gaps and fit is good can you please post an overhead view of:
=the gap where the windshield pillar and front top edge of door meet
My new gap is wide enough to stick a pencil in. Pass door is untouched and has a tighter gap at the windshield pillar.
In order to get a good lower gap and door rear edge panel contour match this new gap has developed at the top front driver's
door.
