I'm not 100% positive but I think they're all the same. I see them listed as being for a Cutlass all the time. A quick Google should bring up plenty of hits. I just bought mine from the dealership for like $20.

They are not all the same, so be careful what you're buying.
The tanks on my '85 442 and '83 wagon are different.
I got an NOS one for my wagon (should be the same as your '78 ) off eBay a few years ago.
If my memory hasn't failed me, I want to say it was listed as a Chevy part.
Compare your mounting tabs and the shape of the tank before you order anything...

If memory serves me right the 78-80 two doors and all the 4 doors and wagons use the same bottle as the monte's and malibus. 81 up cutlass grand prix and regal use a different one.

Buick, Olds, and Pontiac are the same BUT, Monte, Malibu, and ElCamino are the same. Basically - B.O.P. interchange and Chevys their own. I ordered a brand new one (b.o.p.) from G Body Parts. It was around $30 plus shipping.
