Team what size wrench is used to remove the plug where my coolant sensor should be? Picture attached

Looks like you will need a 3/8 ratchet and an extension.

Probably the paint inside the hole is making the 3/8" extension hard to fit in there? Typically they're standard square drive sizes. Take a small screwdriver or knife or something and check to see if all the paint is out from the inside where the extension would fit into the plug. Not saying that's the issue, but it's very possible.
