Did a little paint touch up on the cowl prior to getting Natasha to help me put the hood back on. Now the roof is exposed for stripping.

After that I sat down and started working on the manual TCC switch. Double checked that I had wired the car correctly and pin F at the ALDL still reached the connection at the transmission. It did. Modded the radio delete panel with a rocker switch and an LED through a relay (a little complicated, maybe needlessly so). I'll revisit getting the PCM control of the TCC once the car is up and running.

Then I just sat down an started tracing/labelling wires. Boy do I know how to party, or what?

Spent a good chunk of my day fixing about four fuel system leaks. I do so enjoy a gas bath. Not.

In other news the dash is back together.

Speedometer looks adequate, not so sure about that tach though.

The Innovate SCG-1 is a boost controller, wideband, and shift light all in one. Watch me wind that tach around. ;)

A 5.7 typically spins close to 7000 with a mid-range cam. I'm guessing yours will be closer to 7500?

That's ballpark, yes. The wagon shifts at 6800 rpm... so with the same size cam in a litre smaller engine we should expect to see well North of 7000 rpm. And its going to need to with the 4.56s this thing is packing. I am planning on being pretty merciless.
