Hey guys this is a follow up to a 2 year old thread that is closed on Countywide Transmissions in New Jersey.
He sells 200 4r Transmissions rebuilt to stage 1 specs and are usually budget friendly. When I purchased mine he had numerous already rebuilt 200 4r with GN, Monte SS and 442 codes. Anyhow i finally installed it behind a mildly built Pontiac 400 engine.
The transmission shifts very well and I have no issues after a week of driving. Keep in mind that this is just a stage 1 rebuild which doesn't include billet parts. But if your engine is on the tame side, i think Countywide transmissions is a good choice.
