any one know where to find a Cowl hood? prefer steel . but could do glass also. for a 79 monte Carlo. seems like when i search they keep sending me to Camaro hoods not Monte Carlo. i know back in the day you could get them everywhere. but not sure if you still can find them.

also any suggestions for bucket seats? rather get rid of the funky bench seat i have in favor of buckets.

I originally wanted a steel cowl hood, I bought one from Ecklers, which cost me about 400 hundred after shipping. The hood ended up being complete junk from Taiwan. I got in contact with OPG, looking to see where they get there hoods from, and they all use the same campany in Taiwan. ( Ecklers took the hood back no questions asked) After doing some research, I found Harwood. These hoods are made down in Texas, and come at the texas price. About 600 hundred, shipping will vary. But at that point I wasn't trying to cheap out as I do not want to cause myself more work, and I wanted something nice so I had to pay up. But ultimetly only took about 3 weeks to get to me but worth all of it. Now I cannot say it was perfect, as we needed to shave down some parts of the hood, and add to others. But it has to be one of the best options
