CRACKED FLEX PLATE

Ive had a lil ticking nose for a while now and yesterday I decided to check the 14mm bolts on the plate to flex and notice one was simi lose and the nose got worst.so I finally take a look to mine a crack on the flex plate.so time to remove it...Any tips, tricks to removing the flex plate without removing alot of parts?
