Would i have any issues using a 556607 maunal cast crank in my 307 even tho is a auto? The only info i can find is that the manual crank has been drilled at the end to support a pilot bearing.

What engine is the crank out of?

All small block Olds cranks (except diesel) will interchange. The balance may be different if the displacement was different, but if you're going from 307 to 307, that's no issue. A crank drilled for a manual trans pilot bearing will work fine with an automatic. The opposite is not true, however.
