Alright friends...i just noticed this yesterday. I cant tell if its my imagination but it looks like my passanger side A pillar may be bent. Can't tell if drivers side is as well. Take a look the pics and let me know your thoughts and how bad of a repair this may be. Ive heard the g body shuffle can cause this due to frame flex under high torque/power cars...i know it can happen with adjustable suspension (bags and hydros as well) just praying it wont be a horrible fix. Car needs body and paint anyhow...guess one way to look at it...thanks everyone!

I would say use an angle finder and compare both sides that will tell you for sure.

There all a little tweaked!

As soon as you put some power in them that's what happens.

Not to mention you are 3 wheeling it.............what did you expect???

Are you talking about the gap between the windshield molding and the pillar? If so, you should know that GM's finish job on those joints, front and rear, sucked.

No windshield is solid, no cracks or breaks. Just noticed these kinda weird dips (see circled). I could have missed them and just saw them in right light...but now my OCD has me going nuts. Just dont have another g body Cutty to compare too. You can feel the dips if you rub your hand cross them. Roof looks amazing and straight. Figured if bent would see it there...ill take pic of roofline.

My Malibu coupe is the same way. The fat spot above it is the poorly finished lead joints. Fit/finish in the 80s domestic market was a very low priority

Here are a few more pics roof line, the gap around window trim and a ruler against the spot i can feel the dip. Also the circled picture is a slight depression I can feel in that top portion. With this car having hydros and saving for paint body and paint now. Just trying to see if i caused this or if pretty normal w these gbodies. Sorry my OCD is off the chart...lol

That's all typical G body poor fit-up when assembled. Nothing looks out of the ordinary to me. You should see the sloppy panel fit-up on my wagons

These cars are not 2018 Lexuses
