Cruise lever wire routing?

Anyone have a pic of how it snakes through the column? The black wire with 4 little wires in it on the end of the wiper levers with cruise.

Tape a piece of wire to the old when you pull it out, and use it to pull the new in.
Tried. New wire wouldn't follow. Got caught and ripped the end terminal off. >:{

Hmmm.

Tilt lever all the way up? Plastic sleeve outta the way? Just fishin' here...

Probably gonna use a coat hangar next go around. The wiper lever itself was only $20 so I'm not too concerned about it.

On the 84-up versions didn't they have a hole in the end for the fish wire to loop through? I think they called it music wire or something in the books.
