This appeared amongst the junk a couple weeks ago at Pick-N-Pull in Redding, CA. It's an '83, with the 'VIN Y' 307. The pic was taken before dumping it in Row 31. Sigh.

sigh, indeed.

I'm thinking some of these cars are just old peoples cars their kids/grandkids inherit when grandma goes to the home, so they send it to the picknpull, because they'll haul it off for free and pay a couple hundred cash...and you don't have to bother finding the title in grandma's crap.

Too bad once its in row in a Picknpull, the 2 month clock starts to when it will be crushed. regardless of how nice it was.

Maybe it will get to some G body guys in Cali. Looks solid. Looks like red interior, man I would love to see more pics, lol. Wagon would be cool

I hate seeing solid G Bodies heading to the crusher. It makes me sad. If I ever win the lottery I'll buy every G Body I can find and try to save them all.

What a freakin' shame. That really makes me sick. It kind of makes you wish you can find these cars before they end up in junkyard.
Another one bites the dust... I'd buy that car in a heartbeat. :(
I bet after that car had a good wash it would look 100X better.
