i need to get to my guages, but I cant figure out how to remove the very outer dash piece that surrnounds the gauges, and is above the steering column.. i know there are 4 screws in the bottom that i have removed, but i cant figure out how the top of it is taken out.. are there clips holding it in place or is there some hidden screws that i am missing, but i've looked EVERYWHERE....its driving me crazy, so any help isappreciated

You need to remove the woodgrain pieces by popping them out to access the screws. Thy bolt in upside down behind the woodgrain and are removeable with an 8mm or 7mm socket, IIRC.
