Just picked up a 6.0 LS engine out of a 2000 Chevy 3/4 ton pickup. It has 60k documented miles on it, even though it is a little dirty. $300 for the complete engine, throttle body to pan. Somebody cut the harness so I didn't grab that, don't think it would have worked anyway since it was 4 wheel drive. Already did one and kept it fuel injected that was a bit of a PITA so I think Im going to convert this one to carb.

Best part is I ran across a rusty but complete 72 Malibu with the original drivetrain for 2K, too bad I didn't have the money right then.
