Ok, I'll roll the dice on this.

D = 83 model year.
04D = Month/week for Target Production Week (TPW) fourth week of April, 1983.
3GM47 = Oldsmobile, 2 door Cutlass Supreme Brougham
M = build plant - Lansing, Michigan. Too bad, you probably won't find any build sheets in the car as Lansing for some reason kept their cars clean. Never say never.
5895?? can't read the rest of it- Body number. Should match up on your build sheet or broadcast sheet if you were lucky enough to find one
59L - Lower body paint color - Beige
67A - accent stripe color- Dark Brown
67T- Vinyl Top color- Dark Brown
Lacquer- obvious
675- Not 100% sure on this one. I've got a feeling this is the interior color, which points to it being dark brown. The 5 may signify pillow top seats, but I'm not sure. Didn't do much research on it. USUALLY, but not always, three numbers indicate seatbelt type OR leather seats. Not sure on this guy. I don't know of any
AM6- 55/45 split bench
BX2- Body side molding, lower extra wide
NB1- CCC system, closed loop.
C04- Half vinyl top, padded
G2369- Nobody's been able to figure out this deal that I know of. It's suspected a Fisher Body internal number for something.

Are you missing any info there? Easier to see a picture of the tag itself, but you should have a "G" up in the RH corner to start. Signifies the model year of 1986.

The 09D - Scheduled build week of 4th week of September, 1985.
3- Oldsmobile Division
GR47- 2-door notchback
There also usually is a small "P" after the GR47 to show it was built in Pontiac, MI assembly plant.
0350646- I'd have to see this to verify, but I'm pretty sure this is a Fisher body assigned number- shows up in block 8 of the actual build sheet. Nothing to do with the VIN.
11U- upper body color, which is white lacquer in this case.
28A- Accent stripe color- (pinstripe) Blue
27B- Blue cloth interior
305267- a number like this is usually at the bottom of the cowl tag. Again, suspected Fisher Body assigned number. Shows up in block 1 of the build sheet right above the build date. Nothing to do with the VIN.

Your avatar shows your car to have a blue top- is that from the factory? Usually the tag shows a vinyl top color, such as 27T, for example, for a dark teal blue top. Not sure. Again, it would be easier for me to see a pic of the actual tag. Most of the time, they also show the seat type code, but not always, like AM6 or A51, etc.

Hope this helps you.

I see. Don’t see too many 86 Canada cars. Makes more sense now. The fact remains that’s all the info available on the body tag. You should have a trunk service parts (SPID) sticker in the trunk with RPOs on it. Should include a 27T for the vinyl top color or some other color number with a T behind it.
