I follow Lance & have not heard details of frame cracking or replacement (?). He did recently damage the 383 & had to freshen things up. He's constantly working to improve his skills as well as parts & tuning for the tracks he hits. One of my favorite builds.

Sorry, I should clarify, Lance didn't have any frame issues (that I know of), I don't know his name, the person I'm speaking of is friends with the Cory that I mention and is located in MN. He had/has a Luxury Sport he built up and autocrossed, the frame cracked, think he was getting an entirely new LS or at least frame to replace it.

Are those Addco bars hollow or solid? When I was looking for a new/aftermarket bar I was searching specifically for 'hollow' bars & don't recall Addco showing anything.
I wound up purchasing a used 36mm bar from the classifieds here & plan to use the Energy Suspension mounting kit. $45 for greaseable Poly frame bushings that won't require spacers & new poly end-links as well. That's not too much & saves having to tweak the frame housings + do spacers.
What's the part# for the Energy Suspension mount kit?

That a good question. I have :

Energy Suspensions 3.5213 greaseable 36MM kit may work, but will probably need some mods, because it is for GM trucks that have a .3" larger distance between mounting bolt centers.

in the post, bit no one has confirmed if this one works without mods.

At Summit Racing the mounting kit for a 36mm bar is ENS-3-5213G (Energy Suspension). I don't know if it will require mods for the base 'foot-print' but that seems the easier route if so vs. modifying the OE shell & requiring spacers. I'll follow-up once they arrive (by end of week).

The Energy Suspension bushing kit arrived. They fit the bar but I'm kind of aggravated about the purchase.

I looked up 36mm sway bar bushings on Summit. I know & understand how math works but since they listed both a 1 3/8" option & a 36mm option, I chose the 36mm since that's what the bar size is. The 1 3/8" option = 34.925mm which is 1.075mm difference smaller. While it can fit over the bar & would technically get the job done, the 36mm option should fit the bar better & do it w/less friction than what's required to seat the smaller ID bushing (sway bars should pivot easily).

The box is clearly tagged/labeled as 36mm. Inside the packaging? It's a 1 3/8" bushing.
I already had 1 3/8" ES Poly bushings I could have used if I wanted the increased drag on the pivot point.

The footprint is definitely larger on these brackets vs. the OE g-body part.....
The OE mounting hardware centerline was ~2.75" on the brackets I have. The ES brackets are ~3 375" on center.

The engery suspension number i use for all 36 mm sway bars for gbodys is 9.5168.
Out of curiosity, I looked up that part number you provided. It shows that it's a 1 3/8" or 35mm frame bushing. That p/n appears to be for a 'non-fluted frame bushing' so no provision for lubing & it states not for trucks. I looked to see if their images might show a height difference @ the bottom (your info vs what I bought) but the photos seem generic vs. specific. Info none the less....

They do indicate these greaseable ones. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ens-9-5168r?rrec=true
