Differential cover gasket

A personal preference but a lot of builders don't run a gasket at all. They just use a 1/4" bead of RTV type gasket maker or similar from a supplier Permatex and make sure that it goes all the way around the studs or the bolt holes and go from there. You might try Moser or john to see if they carry gaskets or maybe Rock Island Dot Com. Think maybe Napa or O'Reilly's too or Champion as alternatives.

Lube locker has a 7.5 cover gasket and they're supposed to be really good and don't use sealer, I have one that I haven't installed yet.

This is the one I have but I also have an aluminum rear cover on mine.

yeah i have aluminum girdle on rearend
If you have an aluminum cover, then don't use sillycone. And don't use a gasket on a stamped steel cover.

That's my rule, be welcome to break it :)
