does anybody know if dakota digital dash makes a red cluster for monte carlo ss all i see is blue n green

Do you mean the gauge colors?The site shows different colors

I have only ever seen the analog style gauges in red in direct fit for the Monte, but you could always do them in red individual digital gauges and just have to do a little fabrication to make them fit but a less expensive alternative plus you can tailor the layout to your liking.
Summit sells Intelletronix and for the same displayed info would be around $400 for the six gauges.

The cluster comes with both the blue and green lens. However I'm sure you can have the lens sprayed or wrapped with some red and it will turn it red
