So I'm removing the motor that operates the windshield wiper and I noticed all the wires attached to the unit all leads to this box my question is how do I remove the wires can I just do away with the whole box?

No, you need to keep that bulkhead connector. There are critical wires in there used for exterior lightning, ignition, and gauge cluster sensors.

Was your car originally a diesel?

Okay but what about the 2 connectors that goto the windsheild wiper motor do I need those? And if not is there a certain way to take them off or just clip em?

Yes, if you are removing your wiper motor you can disconnect the plug from the motor. I would coil the wires up and tuck them away and save them for later instead of cutting them off.
