My 85 Cutlass has the crossmember frame extension. I bought it with a dual pattern TH350 in it and am going to swap in a 2004R. I did some searching but didn't see any definitive info, but is there actually a 2004R specific crossmember or does the one side just kick back and mount at the frame extension?

Not to annoy or insult you, but are you sure its is a TH350? Square oil pan with one corner cut off? 1985, frame extension, dual bellhousing pattern, any chance you already have a 200-4R???

No, its not a 2004R. PID sticker says it should have come with a 200C, however its a TH350. Crossmember is mounted to the forward driver side frame location.
