Add years to your birthday and then people will think you're just a craggy old f*ck that still believes in carburetors, HEI distributors, and 15 x 7 wheels.
To me it doesn't matter if you're 9 or 90. It doesn't take long to figure out who knows things and who doesn't around here. Nearly everyone here has something to bring to the table.
If you're like me, if you don't know anything, you just make some sh*t up.
Seriously, I'm old as dirt and I still learn new stuff about these G-bodies all the time, and nearly every day it seems. I've concentrated on Olds VIN 9 G-bodies mostly, and I've gone through them, but I also know there's sh*t I don't know or can't do. Some of y'all have some amazing skills and insight.
Just be who you are. Don't try to be anyone different because you'll never be good at it. You're the best one qualified to be yourself. If you're worried about saying something stupid, it always finds a way to rise through to the surface eventually. You can't hide it, paint over it, or avoid it. So, don't worry about it. We've all been there. Some of us just seem to visit there longer than others...
