Hey everyone, I'd just like to know if this is normal or if it's not normal for this crossmember mount to look like this. Looks all squished in to me. Thanks!

Its bent. Someone jacked the car up in that spot. If they read the owners manual that wouldn't have happened.

Bottom of the frame rail looks bent to me. Put a straight edge on it.

Super easy for you to straighten the bottom of that rail now. And also easy to fix that mount at the same time.

The body mount? That was one of the good ones, should a mount that looks like that be repaired? I repaired most of the other ones. How would I straighten the frame?

He means crossmember mount. The frame isn't that strong. Try a big crescent wrench on the bottom surface of the frame to straighten it.
