If money isn't a concern, look for NOS gm seals. They're pricey, but actually fit much better.
If you do go gm nos, try to find a sealed package so they didn't shrink on a shelf for 30 years.
If you buy aftermarket, sometimes they don't fit so well in the corners. A hairdryer/heat application with gentle weight pressure helps a little but be careful not to tear the new foam.
If you're buying them because of wind noise and think fixing the degrading seal will make the car quiet.... well... sorry. It's an 80s gm product. You are always going to have wind noise and it'll never be as quiet as a modern car. Based on what I see in that pic, yours don't actually look too bad
