While working on my Differential I noticed the body mounts were accessible, at least those 4. I bought the whole kit 18 months ago and let other priorities bump them down the list. Can you replace them individually without lifting the body totally off? I am sure there are one or two provide a challenge, but if I can knock out most of them while it is up I would

Yup, but be prepared for rust damage.

Mine was a desert car for most of its life. I have not seen heavy rust on the from or diff. There is no body rust at all even in the normal spos, but I am sure that the one that is hardest to get to will be the one bolt snaps :). It is just the ways for me. I guess I will have something to post again tomorrow. Little steps all need to be done as much as the bigger ones so it all counts in the end. Any tricks I should know? I am figuring loosening 3 and changing 1, back to froot

Tricks? Lift the body (not the frame) as to put pressure on the backplate(nut) to make it less likely to spin(break loose)

Once you break the bolt free don't stop and keep pressure on it, l have seen guys break the bolt free an stop/start only to break the backplate free, then you got issues.

The backplate/nutwasher is only held in place with 2 tabs, once you break tabs???

Hope that makes sense!
