So I have a couple wires I can use for my electric choke on my Holley carb and both have 12 volts with ignition on.
But when I put either wire on the terminal for the electric choke (which has it's own ground) I only get a reading of 1.8 volts at the terminal end regardless of where I ground it and if I remove the wire from the choke the terminal goes back to 12 volts, is this normal to get the very low voltage reading when hooked up?
