I believe they were optional in all models, but the Broughm would definitely be the most likely to have them.

While you are at it hunt for one without a half vinyl top, it will save you a lot of grief in the long run.

If you find the right car you can always covert the windows.

My 81 supreme had manual windows and a rough interior when I bought it. I found a 85 salon with a nice set of grey buckets and swapped the entire interior over into my supreme. The actual conversion of the window motors is easy, just have to get the dash harness and pull it out.

Finding a rust free, straight car without power windows and doing the conversion is easier in the long run than finding a car with power windows that has rust or dents.

I would look for broughams, calai, or salons for higher chance of getting power windows however like has been mentioned supremes got them too.
