1987 oldsmoble cutlass no power fully charged battery
Well lets start off with the easiest stuff first.

Check the red and black wires running from the battery. Please let me know if there is any damage.

And if you can post some pictures. Thanks.

Yes , no power fully charged battery
Check the fusible link wires at the starter. Not the plastic barrels, those are factory sealed butt connectors. Make sure the wires from the barrels to the post arent broken in the insulation. Easy way to check it with a test light at the bulkhead connection.
