Even or Odd fire 231 V6 non turbo

How can I tell between and even or odd fire on a 1987 buick regal limited 3.8 231 V6 non turbo motor?

If it is original to the car it is an even fire. The distributor posts will be evenly spaced and the harmonic balancer I believe will be solid.
An odd fire will have distributor posts not evenly spaced. Will look like they are paired together and the harmonic balancer will look like a sbc in that you have the inner hub separated from the outer by a rubber elastomer.
I think the even fire engines have been around since the mid/late 70's so that almost insures that you would have the even fire engine.
