F41 Box install problem HELLLLP =(

Picked up an F41 box installed it in the car.

With front wheels straight I only get a 1/2 when turning right and 1 1/2 turns when turning left.

Never had this issue before when installing an F41 box.


So I am thinking the problems could be one or maybe even a combination of them.



1. Re-builder installed stops incorrectly?

2. Wrong steering box?

3. I'm retarded?

Do you feel anything binding when turning?

What's the part # on the box? Maybe google it just to make sure it's correct?!?

I'll choose option 1, sounds like the rebuilder didn't line up or adjust the insides just right. You could add option 4, pontiacgp's He Had Enough thread

It definitely sounds like the rebuilder screwed up.

if you are only getting 2 turns lock to lock there is something wrong with the box....

that being said still doesn't exclude option 3....

How do you get turns to the left and right with the wheels straight?

I have just figure why it does this, NASCAR!!!!!!! Why worry about going right when most tracks just goes left. Must be for racing.
