those pins only have shear stress on them so as long as they are tight enough not to back out with vibrations you are good to go. If you are worried about them you can always add a drop of thread lock on the threads.

and if you don't like the allen head pins you can change them out to a 5/8 hex head pin

Thanks guys for your help. I always in the past used my built in torque O meter in my arm, but figured I'd best find out because of them being a safety issue.

I DID find plenty of specs in regard to the blazer brake pin specs which I found kinda funny being this a Gbody forum and no specs to be found.
I'll just use my trusty torque O meter and blue loctite.

Nice chart pontiacgp. I'll keep that handy thank you very much.
