Can I get some pics and info on this, curious to know if anyone has put a fiber glass cowl hood scoop on a stock steel hood, and tried to mold it in. Would it last from the vibration? And if this doesn't work what are the lift off fiberglass hoods like, do they fit well? Thanks for all the help!
As soon as you put a small twist on the hood from lifting it or closing it you run the risk of cracking the molding point. If I were you I would just save for a steel cowl hood, you'll be happier man.
